A BUS DRIVER, A MIRROR, A DOOR-OPENER

When people casually ask what I do I often pause… and then I say I teach meditation and other contemplative practices.

That is true, but is just the tip of the iceberg of what I really do.

I just say that because it is easier.

What I really do is create a landscape where for some part of your magic comes online.

Vocationally, I think of myself as an artist. My art is what happens inside you - the experiences I can help you have, the up-leveling of how you truly feel, the empowerment the things I do can bring you.

If I am talking with someone who I feel is interested I will often say I’m like a metaphysical bus driver - I can drive you someplace you’ve never been before because I know the way.

Or I’ll describe the ways I am also like a super-reflective mirror - showing you something about yourself or life as we know it that maybe you haven’t seen before.

I’m also a door-opener - onto expansive, magical potentials. The trick here is that I can open the door for you, but it is up to you to walk on through.

I am an artist. But instead of a painting on a wall, your mystical experience is the art piece.

Being that kind of artist, although hard to describe in casual conversation, is the most magical thing I could ever hope to be.
