WINTER SOLSTICE = KINSHIP + DISCOVERY OF A NORTH STAR

On the Winter Solstice we connect with ourselves, the earth, the stones, the plants and the elemental world. When the night is longest, this  meditation helps us find a good cave, access stillness and tune in with all levels of our being. 

Even though this is very much a resting meditation (you may even want to wrap yourself up in a cozy blanket while you listen), we emerge changed - the building blocks of our being somehow rearranged by this experience of deep kinship with all that is.
